This Summer, London’s Alexandra Palace will launch Kaleidoscope, a new one-day festival which will welcome a variety of music, comedy and theatre arts.

The newly launched event takes place on July 21st at the historic North London venue and promises to create a world where music, performance, theatre and comedy will combine to create ‘beautiful noise, brilliant ideas and brazen colour’.

The Flaming Lips and Mystery Jets will headline the event with DJ sets from the likes of The 2 Bears, Norman Jay MBE, Don Letts and comedy from Kathryn Ryan and Mark Watson. Kaleidoscope will also offer a new platform for exciting theatre and performance including: Gorilla Circus, Oh My God! It’s The Church, Tin Shed Theatre, The Glory and Molly Orange.

While the headline acts will play on an outdoor stage in the park, deep under the Palace itself a brand new theatrical immersive experience will take place in the rarely opened Victorian basements. More details on this to be revealed soon.

If all this isn’t enough for you, a team from the Science Museum will provide educational demonstrations for younger visitors and Gastro Avenue will present The Best of London’s Food Scene alongside a lovingly curated Vegan Corner and Wellbeing space.

Kaleidoscope Organiser, Simon Fell, comments:

“We’re delighted to bring a wealth of talent from across the creative sphere to Alexandra Park and Palace for Kaleidoscope. On offer will be a selection of world-class music, comedy, talk and debate, theatre and hidden happenings in exclusive spaces, all set against the beautiful London skyline at one of London’s favourite landmarks”

Tickets start at £40 for adults, £15 for children (aged 6-13) and tickets for children under five are free. For more information and tickets please visit www.kaleidoscope-festival.com
